Iphone 4s Jailbreak Problem

Any help appreciated,jailbreaked my iphone 4s with absinthe 0.2 for windows but when i unzipped files got the message-winrar diagnostics messages absinthe-win-0.2 zip crc failed in data\common\corona\cydia.tgz.the file is corrupt.
Anyway continued and files still unzipped so followed all instructions carefully, reset settings etc to jailbreak phone but process failed right at the last hurdle as at the very last reboot and then back to screen the cydia icon was supposed to be there but safari still there etc,anyway tried to jailbreak again and now get the message error device already jailbroken detected untether.
Now stuck what to do next but suppose im lucky as phone is working normally as if nothing happened.

Why not restore you iphone back to the original 5.01 firmware with itunes, and try the jailbreak again ? worth a try.............

Hi I would of thought that the Absinthe file that you downloaded got corrupted during download. try downloading again from somewhere like iclarified. Restore your iphone with itunes and try again.

Thanks chaps for solutions but did download the above zip file from smirnoff_rules thread so cant see there been a problem as others will have said the file was corrupted and even downloading the file from other sources get the same problem so stumped on this one.

Ive tried to restore iphone with itunes also and still get error device already jailbroken detected untether.HELP.

ive also had problems with my ipad2 failing at the last hurdle and i was using smirnoffs link too- I think it may be corrupted so im gonna try another download link.Greenpoison maybe.

Always download from source.....when it comes to jailbreaking,,,

I have a problem too with jailbreak. Absinthe crashes all the time. I have tried everything and its getting annoying.

I really would like to tweak basic iOS5 with few little tricks.
