hello peeps,my mrs wants news and mags on her newly liberated jailbroken iphone,anyone know where i can get these from ? is it installous or is there a better place to dl from,dont want ones that cost to suscribe

Cable i dont think you can get these on iphone for free as most are in app purchases and subscription contracts. However most magazines are available through newsgroups which come in pdf format which can be read on adobe reader on your laptop. I do know that ibooks can read pdfs so you could always try downloading the pdf file to your iphone and into ibooks, you can use dropbox to do this.
Btw i use the magazines section of nzb matrix for my mags.

iBooks will read pdf's also. I've downloaded quite a few books in PDF format and just emailed them to myself and then opened them in iBooks.

I updated my ibooks last week through itunes and now when i email an epub it doesnt give you the option to open it in ibooks- i think apple has closed the hole so beware dont update ibooks.
I did however manage to get my epub up and running through dropbox.

newspapers+ is good if u want to read up on the papers

Don't need to email them. I just import the file into iTunes and it goes into iBooks

Only used itunes to sync the phone when it was brand new when the iphone 4 first came out. In fact im still running ios 4.3.3 jailbroken and see no need to update.
