    siri on iphone 4

    Hi, my wife has iphone 4 (not 4 s) is0 5.01 not jailbroken.
    Can I get siri on this without jailbreaking ?
    If so how ?

      No you cannot, and even after jailbreaking you still need a donor 4s, or a public proxy for it to work.

          Not without jailbreaking ...... There are a few apps / tweaks that work with Siri Re:- Spire, Siri0us, siriport.ru's, three pigs and you will also need a valid certificate to activate the Siri on iphone 4 some say they get connection with the right port but personally i have not found one that works.

          Some also say that the security is a bit dodgy letting your host port provider accessing your Iphone is not a good idea if you are planning to take over the world :-), as it needs to gather all information from your phone to make it work properly or at all.

          So if you don't mind your information being stored on a server that you don't know where it is in the WORLD ? go ahead and google there are loads of info out there ...........

                  hello, ive just done my iphone4.. I had to jailbreak, install aspire then bought a certificate/proxy which cost me $20 for 12 months which is about ?12.50. was really easy to do. all in was about 10 mins..all info came from www.modmyi.com

                      siri on iphone 4

                      I used the russian work around and it is working, but it is a little slow. I had an android phone before and the speech to text worked so much better.

                                          Plugin commands in update via cydia. Not bad and its free, and its more responsive than all the others i've come across
