Hi - I've installed myTunes on my jailbroken 3gs but no myTunes folder appears under var/media.
Anybody know how to fix this?

The point of myTunes is that is creates a mirror folder - var/media/mytunes on the iphone. It then background translates the Apple mp3 coded tags to normal English and stores them in the new folder. It means you can access your mp3 files without itunes.

My problem, as I said, is that no such folder is created. That's what I want to fix.

Have you tried a ReBoot yet....?
Tunes should be located at /Private/Var/Mobile/Media/MyTunes

Hi- yes I followed those instructions to the letter. I've even removed and reinstalled myTunes and rebooted again. Still no myTunes folder where it's supposed to be.

is your version of my tunes conversant with your ios.

I'm running ios 5.0.1. As far as I know there is only version 0.2 of myTunes.

Ive never used it mate so i dont know if it works or not on the 501 ios. Maybe fijiman will let us know.
