3Gs reset

My 3gs is playing up, re-booting a lot of the time and dropping calls, I have everything backed up on Itunes if I reset the phone can I just put everything back in it by doing a sync ?

Yes as long as you have stated you have your iphone backed up just restore and it should sync you apps back onto your phone.

Regarding jailboken apps you will need to jailbrak your phone and load on app sync, installous first and repeat the sync......

You should be fine just restore and sync, if i remember itunes recognises your phone through registration etc and i think it loads the apps back on after the restore process at the end ...... and while your at it why not Jailbreak it :-)
