Just to add video also shows how to preserve baseband....

Decided to have a go on 5.1....
With the latest Mobile Substrates installed nearly all major Cydia tweaks DO NOT require a RE BOOT....no need to run "Just Boot" (for Tethered jailbreak)
With all my Cydia tweaks running I seemed to have gained extra Ram(which is always good)

Activator crashes which causes problems with tweaks that require "gestures"....
