    how do i copy songs off my iphone

    hey guys,

    i have an app caled MusicBox which i downloaded from Cydia. I have tons of music on there and i was wondering if there was anyway that i could copy off the music from there to my PC..?

      thanks for replying mate, but that will only copy songs from the apple music app

      i need to copy from a 3rd party app called Music Box. it doesn't save those files in the same location as the itunes tracks..

          i have just downloaded this and have connected to my phone,

          iExplorer
          iExplorer - Formerly iPhone Explorer, is an iPhone browser for Mac and PC

          but where would the music downloaded be stored.?

            the music is stored in var/mobile/ media library

            just incase someone wants to know

              hi see if this will help
              Plug your device via usb that has the app to PC
              check in MY COmputer to see if it reckonizes your device
              use microsoft media player , Search all devices/ update your libary.

                I think theres a program for your pc that lets you acess the files on your device. now that you know the location maybe you can get the program and drag them across. Think they call it an ssh conection or something.Have a look at this.

                  Talk about making a mountain out of a mole hill....accessing your phones root file system can be accomplished by lots of free software eg iFunbox, Cyberduck, WinSCP, etc etc,,,, it's just a matter of navigating to the location of the music files and copying them to your computer....
