iphone unlocked

hi all payed 4 my iphone to be unlocked they said to plung in to itunes a synce it dun that with no joy tryed ringing apple they have said it unlocked on there system but it just say no sevice any one had the same prob

Try plugging in to apple itunes and do a full restore. If still not working take it back to apple.

Think u might have to do it with a different sim card in it.
ie if on O2 put a orange sim card in and sync it
