As said above the SAM Unlock Software has just been updated to make it even easier, its pretty much one click now

Yeah whatever Apple have done has also killed some of the Hardware Unlockers too, for example the GEVEY Ultra Sims have been recalled as they used the same exploit.

Please read and understand before you post....your link is exactly the same being discussed here.... as I have said earlier this has been patched by Apple...it NO LONGER works...
