iphone 3gs cydia?

i succesfully installed cydia on my iphone 3gs , but what do i have to do now ?
i want to download 'cloud browse' for free from cydia , and i want to hack smurfberries on my game 'the smurfs' but i dont have any idea how to do it ;s

any one who can help me out ?

Update the repos first. Google top repos 2012. Then add installous as this is the cracked app store.
