Open up cydia then go to 'manage' then go to 'sources' then go to 'edit' then 'add' and type in this cydia.hackulo.us/ and click add source , then search for 'installous 5'' ( if on ios 5 )and install it, also 'app sync for ios5' and install, exit cydia and the installous app should be on the home screen, use this for your app store.

If its music you are after go into cydia and search for 'musicbox' and install it, the app will then be on your home screen and you can preview songs or just download them to your device, nice app.
