Fake Chinese Iphone

Have read previous threads re fakes and I take the point that you get what you pay for.
However, I bought one in Shanghi for just under ?20, works as a phone, camara, video etc and links to my car.
Can it be made to access any aps?
Any help greatly appreciated

You probably running a low level Android phone.....what you are able to run depends on the firmware the phone is using...
