Today apple were awarded in excess of 1 billion us dollars by a us court. Samsung were judged to have copied fundamental operating system gestures such as the double tap to zoom, slide to change page and similar screen size and resolution.Apple is believed to now want to push for an outright ban on Samsung smartphones in the USA.
