App to trick phone to think its on wifi

I used to have a app on my old 3GS that tricked the phone into thinking it was on wifi so some apps would work outside.

Can anyone think of the name of it?

1. Go into Cydia and Search: 3g un

2. Click on 3g Unrestrictior/ Install and Confirm

3. You will then have a new App called Restrictor/ Open it and add in all the Apps you want to run on wifi, when really in a 3G or Edge connection
