Must say my 3 micro sim looks like there's not much more I can cut off it!!.

I would follow the advice on the gg forum and try it out on a few old sims first ... you don't want to make a horlicks of your active sim !

just go to your provider and they will give you a new sim and port your number to it or do giffgaff not supply micro/nano sims ?
