more help with cydia please guys

g'day, how do i apply tones downloaded via cydia?

here is a example, type wolf howl into search in cydia and you get various options. download one and it goes into winterboard under themes.

how do i apply that tone to sms?

Apple changed the way SMS tones work a couple of updates back, so now a lot of the older cydia tones won't work via the winterboard. This looks like its an older tone.
