iphone 4s help required

Please help, Ihave had to take my laptop back to factory settings and so i have lost all my photos and music, the photos are backed up on memory sticks so they are ok but my music is only on my iphone. Is there any way that i can transfer the music from my iphone back to my laptop.

are they paid for music ? if so you can download them again free of charge, should be registered with itunes..

if its a jailbroken phone i am sure you can just drag and drop on your PC somewhere
