If you use the excellent itheatres movies app from cydia then you will notice recently that it has been plagued by pop-up advertising.
Download adblocker in cydia to get the itheatres app back to normal and working faster too.
Set it up in your settings under adblocker.

hi is there a blocker for installous there is plenty of ads on it ive tried adblocker it dont work

This only works with certain types of pop ups. I don't think the installous ones are pop up adverts rather they are always there always the same adverts to pay for the servers.

Billy istreamnet is very good for tv shows and supports AirPlay.
