music from iphone to itunes

hi guys
just gone up to iphone5 but the music on my 4 is not in itunes so hasnt tranfered over. Can anyone give me an idiots guide to get it into itunes so i can then transfer it to my 5.

Do a search for iFunbox, that prog will let you transfer all the files you want between your pc and your iphone(s).

Once installed on the iphone, itunes will sync with the music and other data.

will that get it from the iphone 4 onto the pc or does it only work the other way
