Iphone 4s phone numbers and contacs lost

Hi all
I lost 1500 phone numbers after connect the iphone to the computer, i dont have backup or icloud pls how can i retrive the contacs and numbers.
When i did restore or icloud back up it give me 150 phone nubers of my son iphone ( the user in apple is his not mine)

And today on his iphone appers my numbers and contacs so i told him to delete on his iphone and boom All the contacs on my iphone delered.

Very very strange need yours help
