No installous ? What program can we use now?

Appcake for me, I had this just today (iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1 RedSn0w jailbreak)

I used iExplorer on my Mac and after installing appcake from Cydia browsed to the appcake folder and transferred IPAs I'd downloaded from kat.ph then back to appcake and installed, worked great for TomTom latest, a bit clunky but better than nothing!

I installed Appcake hd and then later installed Appcake+ which then corrupted my cydia. Now nothing shows in cydia, no packages, no installed Apps show though they all work. What can I do? Apparently the Chinese have broken the code and one can install apps on iOS without jail breaking. These apps include codes that pass as apps bought.

Can we have a source?

hello i cant get any of the sources to work like vshare they load up with errors but dont install i dont know what i am doing wrong any help
