Does anyone have the FlashArmyKnife app?

    Hi fellow DKers,

Okay so if you've been following iPhone and appstore news you might already know that there was an app that was snuck into the appstore that contained a hidden internet connection tethering mode via the calculator.

I actually bought the app but it was quickly removed from the appstore once word got around to what it was meant for.

Anyway, long story short, I had to get my iPhone replaced and the dumbasses at the Apple Store couldn't save ANY of my apps onto my computer for some reason so I lost the app.

If anyone on here has the app and wouldn't mind sharing it I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, if anyone knows a method of resyncing the app back onto my iPhone via iTunes that'd be nice to know too

    Thanks, everyone!

Oh nice.. I'm about to check out that site in a bit here..

As for the FlashArmyKnife app... Here are the instructions on how to use it:

To enable tethering, run the app and hit the Calculator tab at the bottom.
          Punch in the following (without comas): 1642, M+, C, 1452, M+, C, 1943, M+
If you entered the combination correctly, the calculator display should read "run."

Tethering is now enabled (HTTP port: 6667, SOCKS port: 6668).

To stop tethering, just tap the "C" button on the calculator.

Be sure to hit the thanks button if this helped you at all Thanks for your input, m8!

It does because of all the Chinese but it seems like it's the only way we'll be able to get free apps without a jailbreak. It'll have to do for now until the 5 is jailbroken

              Can't wait

Actually, the app I created this thread for was $1.99 and I paid for it. I can't get free apps because my phone's not jailbroken (obviously)

Apps are cheap in the scheme of things....$0.99c or ?0.69p for the cheap apps in the AppStore....expensive apps like the TomTom app cost about ?27 still cheap in my book....still don't understand why muppets who buy such an expensive phone can't afford these "cheap" apps....it's sad...seeing all this muppetry....
