Hi im having a problem syncing my craked apss to itunes. Iv downloded the repocydia,com source on cydia and from there downloded appsync for ios 6 to my phone but when i hook up my phone to itunes and click on transfer my purchases i cant see my craked apps on my itunes libary is there somthing else i need to do or is appsync not working on the 6.1 jailbreak.

I had this problem when I put a few cracked apps on my not jailbroken phone. Not only you cannot sync these apps, but also you can't sync the purchased apps with computer.
Even when you want to officially unlock your phone, it will not work. I had to delete the cracked apps to get things back to normal. I much rather back up my phone and ipad to my laptop than putting one or two extra apps on it.Comment

Preform a Normal Sync:
I found this method particularly successful. This is what you do:
1) If you already have Appsync, uninstall it.
2) Reboot.
3) Connect to iTunes and sync.
4) After sync is finished, reinstall Appsync.
5) Reboot.
6) Sync.
