Just install XBMC. It's available for Android, Ipad, Windows, OSX and many more. Plenty of plugins available for streaming HD movies, sports, live TV etc.

There's a couple of them on xbmc using the navi-x add on.
Remember xbmc can be used on a computer or laptop too.

I ment the path when they are downloaded dont worry found it needed to transfer the movies from there to oplayer so i can resume them later

you can not jailbreak 4s or 5 with ios 6.1.3. you can on i4 and 3gs.
