iPhone 4 locked to vodaphone problem?

I've just bought an iPhone 4 from my sister she's had it from new so I know it's perfect it's working great but only on vodaphone she's filled theonline form in for an unlock code which could take a week , in the meantime I've jail broken the phone and was wondering if there's a program to open it to all networks as I want it on virgin, I've tried ultrasnow but it's still not working any other ideas? As to how I can open this? It's running 6.1 Thanks in advance

Depends on the baseband, but I'm guessing it will be on the latest, so no. You'll have to be patient.

Yes the carriers factory unlock via iTunes is always the best way to permanent unlock and its inexpensive too.
Software unlocks have not been available for a while now.
