THere is no facroty unlock unless it comes from apple server. some bansband can be done via ultrasnow

Even if the phone is unlocked, Apple keeps track of phone serial number and IMEI and it may not update.
I have said this before, when you buy an iPhone at least in France, after 3 months you can officially unlock it. With a one year contract, some people unlock their phone and sell it in countries like US and buy a new one and make money from it.
