iPhone 3GS update

I wanna update my iPhone 3GS iOS4.1 to iOS6.1.3, I havo no idea about the jailbreak.
Please if some one can give me a link to download this update with some advices

I've downloaded this update "iPhone2,1_6.1.3_10B329_Restore.ipsw " but I don't know how it works...!

Link to the update is here http://appldnld.apple.com/iOS6.1/091...9_Restore.ipsw even though it looks like you already have it. You can hold shift + click restore via iTunes and select the 6.1.3 firmware to upgrade... make a backup of contacts and such first of course. Remember that the jailbreak for the 3GS on 6.1.3 is tethered only, every time your phone is turned off or runs out of battery you will have to re-run the jailbreak tool and boot tethered for cydia and such to work.

At first, the error 3194 appears. I fix it with tinyumbrell. then it come error 1604
I don't know how to fix both in the same time
