since updating my iphone 4s the signal strength and iMessage have a mind of their own, WELL DONE APPLE - I think when my contract is up its time to goto android!!!!
There's always a few glitches when a new iOS is released. This iOS is a complete revamp so there's bound to be more problems than usual. There's already an update and more will follow soon.
