how to recover extract contacts from itunes back up with out iphone 4

hi guys im in the shit as my partner had an iphone 4 and traded it in for a Samsung after lots of issues with the phone I have a note 2 Samsung so I perswaded her to get a s3 but now the iphone has been wiped of all data and im hoping I can extract the data some how from I tunes back up (( pleeeeeeeeese help or im a dead man ((((

Have you looked in your iTunes library on your computer- there should be some files in there somewhere.
