help pleases stuck in recovery mode trying to up date

thanks , not only is my kids phone ****ed but i also get a wa n k er like you posting that , i asked for help on a forum witch iv gave out many times . t w at

Try this, press and hold standby button and home button till screen goes black then immediately let go of all buttons.
Now plug into computer with iTunes loaded up.
Press and hold in the home button till iTunes recognises the device and starts a restore. Follow the restore through right to the end and hopefully get your device running again.
