Cartoon HD is back!

If you didn't delete the app from your device, its working now! If you deleted it, you can't install it, it still says its closed forever but apps still on devices are working again.

Need to find out how to get it back again!

If this is the IPA then you just save it to desktop then drag it into iTunes and sync your i device.
Device would need to be jailbroken and have the relevant version of app sync installed.
