Icloud activation screen bypass

Can it be passed? i managed to deactivate find iphone and delete icloud account, but after inserting anotehr sim..it put me back to activtion menu and asks for icloud password.
can it be passed? even paying a reasonable amount!

There is no bypass except by legal means- ie get the correct username and password and remove from the cloud.

you can go on ebay and theres sellers on their that will charge around ?5 to give you details of previous owner, and you cant contact them to remove your fone from there icloud account, if phone was purchased legitimately , I got a 4s icloud unlocked by apple after loads of phone calls and emails, then tried again with another 1 and they wouldn't do it without purchase receipt of phone, so still got it

i replaced motehrboard. at the time of the post there was no solution

it wont let me download also i think i need to register to the server 1st before using and next server event is 2 weeks by looks of it
