is there a simple carrier unlock for a jailbroken iphone 4s on ios 7.1.2 i used to remember ultrasnow did it but not sure if it still does or not!

Yes, it's called telephone up your carrier and pony up the amount they ask for. There hasn't been a decent unlock for years now.

My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
Despite the cost of living, it's still very popular.
No good deed goes unpunished....
