DIY or shop 4s screen replacement

Ive got a 32GB 4s im going to sell on ebay but i cracked the screen .
Ive seen the screen for ?10-12 on ebay or ?35 repaired in a local shop.

Ive never replaced a iphone screen before is it as tricky as it looks??

I would say ,yes ,there is about 32 tiny screw's to unscrew to fix the screen ,look on youtube .

I've done it myself and it's not worth the hassle to save 20 quid. Also it's easy to buy a poor quality screen on eBay or Amazon, the one I bought flashes whenever the colour black is displayed on the screen but ain't taking it apart again to send it back.
