Snapped iPhone 6s

As the title my iPhone 6s got snapped clean in half (don't ask) replaced the phone but have pictures and other data I'd like to recover.
So if I get a second hand one and transfer over the memory to that phones logic board what else needs to be swapped over? I'm assuming the processor will have to be moved over aswell.
But is there anything else that needs to move with it for it to work?

isnt it the whole logic board that has to be swapped over?

i did 'little' research into this when i was debating on putting more memory into a 16gb iphone
