    Blacksn0w via cydia, easy unlock 3.1.2

    Open up Cydia,
    click on Manage,
    click on Sources,
    click edit,
    click Add,
    enter: http//blackra1n.com, (the i in rain is a 1 ok)
    click add source,
    let it refresh,
    now in sources you will see blackra1n.com click on it,
    click blacksn0w,
    install top right,
    Unlocked 3.1.2

    (I've read some people turn off 3G before doing the unlock, try it without first if no joy then turn off your 3G, once unlocked turn it back on).

      I was on 3.0.1 for a while, 3.1.2 seems to be ok to.
      Go for it.

          Dont notice much difference m8, apart from Itunes you can arrange icons on the springboard now.
          No harm in upgrading, everything is still there, tethering et etc

            Updated - Jailbroken and unlocked.....very fast, the longest part of the process was the official update to 3.1.2

                    i have a problem. if i change sim card, iphone does not recognaise it. it writes "NO SIM". when i reboot it's ok. May it be because of jailbraking and unlocking? Thnx
