hello i think iPhone is dead fell down screen came out of place after I give the tape
Closed apple had on screen now charging is over charging is not taking and closed dfu does not enter the mode
processor may be faulty it looks like dead in the face

Check voltage to tristar, or view schematics..

Try these steps
1st try to put to phone in dfu mode and connect with computer see if it gets picked up and try to restore it.
If it doesn't detect at all then it could be the hardware issue like Battery, Short circuit, Nand issue, or U2 Ic as well in some case if you have been using cheap cables.

Probaly the U2 Ic is dead, replace it!
