It's a website. Just search iphone tvcatchup in safari.

You don't download anything, you just go to the website with your iPhone & when you are on that site you will see the channel icons, just choose which one you want to watch & it will play.

It will be a few seconds delay from live tv.

If you want to save the TV Catchup webpage link onto your iPhone, then just click the "+" at the bottom of iPhone & select "Add to Home Screen", then you will see an icon on your iPhone that will go straight there..
