Iphone passcode bypass help

Hi

My father-in-law passed away recently and my mother-in-law has asked if i can get into his iphone4 but we dont know the 4 digit passcode, is there a way of getting past this please.

I know we can reset the phone and restore from backup but he never did a backup so cant wipe it first and he never used itunes.

We also dont know his apple ID

This isnt dodgy its an actual genuine request

Start with, ring crapple, and ask if you can tweet death certificate and see if they can help

Failing that, local "we unlock any phone" shop as on iShit 4 believe it's "easy" to bypass security

you can do backup file (photo movies others files) but use "terminal mode" root password is "alpine"
