just bought a second hand iphone was previously jailbroken but when i put sim in came up emergency calls only.read some posts and went about restoring phone to see if it could be jailbroken again .when doing restore its updated to 3.1.3.and i cant get the blackra1n to download to phone.is there a way round this.thanks

U got the latest firmware on there,mate.
The hack for it is not been made yet.
You will have to do wait & read around.

not trying to be a pain if its emergency calls only before jailbreak your messed up if after you updated firmware google jailbreak 3.1.3 easy as pal ,to unlock to all networks u need to use snowbreeze,but if its blocked there is no way round a good ipod touch is all u got

99% chance that you will not be able to unlock it.
If its on 3.1.3 it now has the new modem firmware that is currently unlockable. There is something in cydia that may work but you need a REALLY OLD bootrom.
