don't update to 3.1.3 there's no final jb or unlock ..

Its been crashed but still no news on an unlock yet.

Rumor has it that redsn0w 0.94 is able to jailbreak 3.1.3 if you point it to a 3.1.2 firmware during the process, but it's not capable of unlocking the new baseband. I haven't had time to try that yet. What I have already tried is sn0wbreeze 1.5.1, that didn't do the trick for me. Just crashed my phone, and I had to restore it from the iTunes-backup.

to lower your base band , use fuzzyband ... then unlock with your progam that you prefere ...
