Hi guys I'm in need of some help with my iPhone X, I can send SMS messages to other people but I can't receive SMS messages. I can receive and send iMessages, I have spoke with Vodafone my network provider but they seem to clueless. I also contacted apple support but they were not much help either, so please guys any ideas and help would be great cheers Mark.

Have you configured your device to receive messaged
Start the Settings app > Tap "Messages > tap "Send & Receive > check if you mobile number has check mark In the "You can receive iMessages" section
If it's not checked, check it and see if you can receive messagesComment

If you have an iPhone and another iOS device, such as an iPad, your iMessage settings may be set to receive and start messages from your Apple ID instead of your phone number.
