iPhone X touch screen problem

My iPhone X has started to work abnormal since several days.Its screen sometime react without being touched and sometimes screen doesn't not respond to touch. Has someone here experienced this problem? Can I solve this myself or should I send it to repair center

Usually, after a fall, the display stops working
