Perhaps the problem is with the quality of the ear speakers themselves. Which ones did you buy yourself? Tell me more details, then it will be easier to give an answer and advise something.

Hey, it's not the speaker it is the metal protective grill that is glued to the LCD (the one that you can see form the outside of the phone). since it's you first try, remove the speaker and wipe some alcohol on the front side of the grill, then use pressurized air to blow from the outside (be careful you have to remove the flex cable not only the speaker or you will damage the mic.)
