Apple store, but none are sim free. Simply because they ask you what provider you will be using it upon, and then charge you for a sim for that network. Also prices dont vary at all. Apple sets the same price worldwide, so there is no variation.

Your having a laugh mate. ?700 for an iphone 4 is taking the piss. You can get them direct from apple for ?460.

From Apple on line in the UK all Iphones are sim free m8 !!!
I can put any sim in my Iphone 4, unlocked / sim free direct from Apple.
Not sure what the waiting time is now, check the website it tells you HTH

What you mean is they are factory unlocked. I got mine direct from apple store in Cardiff and yes its factory unlocked. Not sim free, they still ask you what provider you are with, then charge you for the sim. But yes you can put any sim in the iphone then.

Nobody charged me anything for a sim m8, i used my old
sim, just cut it down to micro sim size myself.
Never had a contract phone, always had pay & go sims.
My o2 sim is p&g and i get free internet access for a year

Well I bought mine in march, and was charged ?10 for an orange sim, even though I have a contract sim to go in it. I paid ?470 for my iphone and sim. I dont use the sim, and have free access to use BT openzones and stuff.

Jan all phones now from Apple are sim free i can confirm this as i have had familly get from Apple and they have come sim free!

When you got your in March then yes you had to choose a network provider but not any more!

Janobi, you have a 3GS right ?, guys asking about an Iphone 4......3GS were all o2, or if jailbroken/unlocked any network m8.I bought my 3GS in America last year, jailbroke and unlocked an hour after getting it, recently sold it to fund new Iphone 4, that is unlocked, dont need to worry about unlocks anymore, just jailbreaks.
You can get o2 to unlock your phone for nothing if you have had it more than a year, or pay ?20 and get it unlocked, (3 or 3GS models only)

Dude read my post again. I got mine in Apple Store Cardiff. And its factory unlocked. But I still had to buy a sim for it from the shop.
