My iphone has froze after an update to cydia, its stuck on "unpacking replacement mobilesubstrate " it's 3.1.3 and jailbreak was spirit. Help !

hold down the power button and home button together till it reboots
if not hook back upto itunes and start again -
Had to restore via Itunes, now on os4.0.1, lost all my apps
oh well back to start, jailbreak done !
