    Hi wernley,

    that is quiet easy.

Just download the appropriate firmware from this homepage: Link

You can then update your iPhone with iTunes: Link

    Regards.

      In itunes~

      On Windows:
Hold the SHIFT key while clicking the "Update" or "Restore" button in the iPhone tab in iTunes

      On Mac:
Hold the option key while clicking the "Update" or "Restore" button in the iPhone tab in iTunes

And select the firmware you want to update it.

Here's the one you need for the 3GS.

Teach you another way, next time you can try.

Organize -> Folder and Search Options

View -> untick Hide Extensions for known file types.

Re-name the .zip part to .ipsw.
