    How do I save my downloaded apps on my Iphone 4.0.1 3gs ?

    Your question isnt very clear m8, but I'll give it a go, open up Cydia, add whatever repo to it ( SiNfuL iPhone Repo ), once that is done search for appsync for the firmware version you are on.
    Now open up Itunes and drag you apps you have d/l into the apps section of itunes, now click on your iphone in the middle left of itunes, on the right hand side at the top of the page you'll see apps, select that, check all the apps you have just dragged across are checked to the left of the app, click sync/apply at the bottom right of Itunes.

      will say use firefox and apptrackr site is the best place
