iPhone 4 wont connect to App Store

I've just recently upgraded my iPhone 3G to an iPhone 4..

Apart from coming pre-loaded with 4.0.2 the only other problem is that the App Store wont work on WiFi ALWAYS and infrequently on 3G signal..

If i put it in flight mode then turn on the WiFi, Apps like Facebook and eBay work fine, as does Safari but the App Store gives this problem

Also it happens a lot when i try to connect via 3G signal

Anyone else heard of this problem.,. i've scoured the net and even reported it on Apple's own forum but no response..

Also my Voicemail keeps giving the Red Blob.. when i was on O2 this meant i was out of signal range to connect to Voicemail.. I haven't got a message or anything.. weird

    Cheers

looks like a poor signal, is your wep key settings correct in wifi settings ?
also make sure you have "ask to join networks " switched off

    in settings/general/network , i have Enable 3G ( yes ) , Cellular data ( on ), Data roaming ( off ). Internet tethering ( off ), and wifi ( make sure its yours in the box ).
