video/photo editing app please..!!

im after an app so i can edit photo's and video's into a timeline on my iphone. i saw a video online about a week ago but thought it came pre installed on my phone so didnt pay any attention to the name. any ideas people..??

found it on installous but is for ios 4.1. im on 4.0
